Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant – Dubai Hills, UAE
Location: Dubai (currently Dubai Hills Office, relocating office soon TBC)
Salary: AED 18,000 per month + discretionary annual bonus

Hours: Full time, 5 days per week. Typically 9.00am–6.00pm with flexibility outside of core hours

A successful British entrepreneur is seeking an exceptional British Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support across multiple businesses operating in the UK and UAE. This is a trusted, hands-on role for a proactive, discreet, and commercially aware professional who enjoys working closely with a founder in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
You will act as the central point of organisation, managing the founder’s inbox, diary, communications, and key relationships. As the businesses continue to scale, the role will naturally evolve, offering long-term growth for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple inboxes and drafting professional correspondence, complex diary management across UK and UAE time zones, and liaising confidently with high-profile clients and stakeholders. You will maintain detailed client and contact records, attend external meetings when required, and coordinate logistics including restaurant bookings and reservations. The role also involves providing operational and administrative support across several UK and UAE-based ventures.
The ideal candidate will have proven EA/PA experience supporting a founder or UHNW external clients, with native-level English and strong written communication skills. You will be highly organised, discreet, and detail-oriented, comfortable working at pace and handling sensitive information. Strong proficiency in Outlook, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp is essential, with openness to adopting AI tools. Familiarity with UK business systems such as Companies House and HMRC is required. A valid UAE driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, along with a professional, polished presentation and confidence in a growth-stage business environment.
