Location: Jumeirah Gardens, Dubai
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start Date: Flexible
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day (part-time or full-time options available)

A relaxed, joyful family based in Dubai are seeking a gentle, calm, and emotionally intelligent nanny to care for their two children, an 11-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy. The family value independence and are committed to raising their children in a happy, low-stress environment. This is a collaborative household with a driver, chef, housekeepers, and a Family Manager, and the nanny will work closely with both the parents and Family Manager to support daily routines, development, and overall wellbeing.
The older child attends school, while the younger child has recently started nursery a few times per week. The role will focus primarily on the 3-year-old during nursery days, while also providing support and guidance for the 11-year-old before and after school. The family are looking for a nanny who is warm, proactive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children through calm guidance, creativity, and play.
The ideal candidate will confidently implement daily routines including waking, meals, playtime, educational activities, nursery runs, and sleep. Planning and organising stimulating activities and outings in Dubai and abroad is a key part of the role, as is leading creative indoor and outdoor play such as arts and crafts, treasure hunts, music, and sports. The nanny will also assist the cook with nutritious meals, snacks, and lunchboxes, and prepare and organise the children’s luggage for international travel, ensuring toys and essentials are well packed.
Clear communication is important, and the nanny will be expected to regularly update the parents on the children’s routines, progress, and behaviour. International travel is a significant part of this role, with 2–3 months spent in Italy and Switzerland during the summer, so flexibility and confidence travelling with a family are essential.
This role would particularly suit an Italian or Russian-speaking nanny who is gentle, kind, calm, and emotionally intuitive. A minimum of 5 years’ professional nanny experience is ideally required.
