A professional family based in Jumeirah 1 are seeking an experienced, warm, and energetic nanny to care for their 6 month old baby boy. This is a sole charge position, although the mother works from home and is available when needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of infant care, including feeding, nappy changing, and bottle sterilisation, while maintaining a calm, structured and nurturing daily routine. A strong understanding of early years development is essential, with a proactive approach to supporting key milestones such as speech, sensory exploration, crawling, walking, and establishing healthy, independent sleep habits.
The family are looking for a development-focused nanny who can create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence from an early stage. Organisation, consistency and genuine warmth are key, alongside the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Applicants must have proven experience with infants. A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent childcare qualification) is preferred. A fluent or native English speaker is essential, and Russian speaking would be considered a bonus.
